Sound Therapy

What is sound therapy?

Sound therapy is a therapeutic tool to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs.  It can be used with people of all ages, from infants to the elderly, and it is employed in various clinical, educational, and community settings.

We draw from a suite of sound-based cognitive training programs that are custom-designed to assist 7 of the most impactful areas of brain performance.

* Executive Function

* Creativity

* Communication

* Auditory Processing

* Social & Emotional

* Motor Skills

* Stress Response

Advanced Brain Technology's (ABT) evidence-based, in-home interventions offer a natural approach to developing and strengthening neural networks in the brain. Just as you can strengthen your body through exercise, you can change your brain through targeted training, which ABT's scientifically designed music provides.

Sound therapy can be taken in isolation or combined with shamanic and/or energy clearing. Sound therapy is typically considered a complementary or alternative approach to well-being and is not a replacement for conventional or psychological treatment when needed. It is often used in conjunction with other holistic and wellness practices to promote overall well-being.

Sound Therapy Investment: $75 / 45-minute session OR $425 / 6 x 45-minute sessions

Session Format: We'll discuss your goals for listening, have a 20-minute listening session (includes energy clearing), and conclude with an integration exercise. Quality headphones without noise canceling are best, though the sound therapy can be delivered without any headphones.
